"I have just read a text message from the club chairman - 'The club's presidium has decided to suspend you from membership for a month'" - ​​said Tomasz Zimoch, MP of Poland 2050, on Platform X. Earlier, the politician sharply criticized Szymon Hołownia, the leader of the group.

Tomasz Zimoch said he learned of the suspension via a text message sent to his mobile phone. He had not previously reported that there were any proceedings against him within the Poland 2050 club.

"I have just read a text message from the club chairman - 'Tomek. The club's presidium has decided to suspend you from membership for a month '. It doesn't change anything - I will be myself," we read in the post by the former sports commentator on his social media profile.

Earlier, the politician of Poland 2050 sharply criticized the leader of his group and the Speaker of the Sejm. Hołownia met with the chairman of PiS Jarosław Kaczyński and Adam Bielan . The visit took place at night in an apartment belonging to one of the parliamentarians of the right-wing opposition.

" There is no explanation for what happened . The words that 'excitement is neither justified nor advisable' are humiliating. There is. It's a pity that the marshal does not understand this . Not everyone should let themselves be dragged to a night meeting with Mr. B. It's simple. Let's stick together though," Zimoch wrote on the X platform.

Szymon Hołownia met with Adam Bielan in the PiS MEP's apartment on the night from Thursday to Friday . Jarosław Kaczyński also arrived at the scene later.

The mysterious visit of the Speaker of the Sejm was widely reported in the media, and some commentators and politicians criticized the leader of Poland 2050 for organizing talks with the opposition in such a way.

On Sunday, Hołownia commented on the meeting and the wave of comments from both sides of the political scene.

"So you want to tell me that you've been shouting 'what about you for eight years' on one side, and 'what about you, German coalition' on the other, since when is there less time, but certainly not more money in our wallets and peace in our hearts - is it OK?" - he asked in an online post.

He assured that he was not planning a coalition with Kaczyński's party.

"Because after the first three rallies in the presidential campaign, I had a clear idea of ​​where we were and how it would end: 'the important thing is that it's not PiS', 'business as usual' ('business as usual' - ed.). That's why I'm not planning a coalition with PiS , which is still - which I can't understand - proud of the things it did wrong," said the Marshal of the Sejm.
